A factory that measures itself.
Nepalaya Garments is a modern textile company based in Nepal, crafting quality apparel with precision, care, and a commitment to ethical production.
Three things we refuse to compromise.
Quality
Crafted to last. The construction choices that cost us time are the ones that show up in year two of wearing a garment.
Nepal Rooted
Proudly local. Designed, cut, sewn, and finished in Kathmandu, with handloom Dhaka woven a valley away.
Sustainable
Responsible and ethical. Natural fibres, offcuts reclaimed into accessory panels, and cutting-room waste published rather than estimated.
Eight stages, one floor
Every batch is logged at each stage — who handled it, how long it took, and what fell out. That log is what lets us show real production history on a product page instead of describing it in the abstract.
- 01
Design
Sketch, colourway, and fabric selection. Every style starts against a costing sheet, not after one.
- 02
Pattern making
Blocks graded across the full size range, with per-size fabric consumption recorded in the tech pack.
- 03
Sampling
A first sample off the graded pattern, fitted and signed off before a single metre is cut in bulk.
- 04
Cutting
Markers laid and re-nested for utilisation. We weigh what leaves this room.
- 05
Sewing
Assembly on the line — single-needle side seams where the spec calls for them, which is most of the time.
- 06
Finishing
Trimming, pressing, buttons, and labels. The inside gets the same attention as the outside.
- 07
Quality control
Measured against spec and inspected for defects. Failures go back for rework, not out the door.
- 08
Packing
Folded, bagged, and packed into cartons or recycled mailers.
Work with us
Whether that's a single shirt or a 1,200-piece export order, it comes off the same floor and through the same eight stages.
